The Honest Project has been up and running for one month now and I want to say a massive thank you to all of you who visit the website, spread the honest project word and who give me lots and lots of positive feedback and encouragement. A big thank you to all who are trying the recipes too. The granola bars and energy balls have been big hits, so I am working on a few ideas for more delicious snacks and treats and I will have them on the website very soon. Alot of readers love the 'Let's Swap' series of posts where we look at everyday foods that are not the healthiest and then look at some healthier alternatives. We have already looked at healthier alternatives to white rice and processed vegetable oils and I have lots of other ideas for healthier alternatives to everyday ingredients, so watch this space. We many even get #letsswap trending :) !!
I would love to hear from you as to what you would like to see on the blog - are there any recipes that you are interested in? Is there anything in your diet that you are not too sure about and would like more information? Would you like to know more about juicing, smoothies or wheatgrass? Mabye you are wondering about fermented foods and want to give them a go? Are you cooking for a family or large group of people and want quick, easy recipes that appeal to the masses? Perhaps you would like some meal plans to help you get organised and off to a great start.
